Paleo Tuna Patties
 
 
Grilled Paleo Tuna Patties are filled with protein to help you burn fat, not muscle.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans Albacore Tuna
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sweet potato, mashed
  • ½ cup white onion, diced
  • 1 fresh clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • ½ tbsp curry powder
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • Coconut Oil Spray
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Stir everything together in a medium-size mixing bowl.
  2. Form small patties with your hands, about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
  3. Place on parchment-lined plate and put in freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn grill on medium high heat.
  5. Spray grill with coconut oil spray.
  6. Grill for 5 minutes on one side.
  7. Flip and grill other side for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
