Asian Shredded Chicken Sliders
 
 
Use your Crock Pot to create these simple and delicious Asian Chicken Sliders.

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs Chicken Breast
  • ½ Bottle Oyster Sauce
  • ½ Bottle Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ tbsp Fresh Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Asian Spice
  • ½ Can Cherry Coke
Instructions
  1. For the chicken:
  2. Add a bit of water, place in crock on high for 4-6 hours.
  3. Drain the liquid and shred, then place back in slow cooker.
  4. For the sauce:
  5. Grate the fresh ginger.
  6. Combine all ingredients together and add into crock.
  7. Stir the mixture and let the chicken heat back up about 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can also substitute pork for this recipe.
