Heat a pot over medium-high heat and add the EVOO and the ground turkey. Season the meat with the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire. Break up the meat with a spoon and brown it up for about 5 minutes.
While the turkey is browning up, chop up the onion, add to the meat, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the water to deglaze the pan, and pour the broth in. Then add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, and barbecue sauce.
Now bring the chili to a bubble then let it simmer for 10 minutes, (or longer if you want). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve up the chili topped with the cheese and tortilla chips. OR really go crazy and top it with sour cream, fresh cilantro, salsa, or good ole crackers.
