A mixture of sweet peppers and jalapeños are stuffed with a cream cheese, goat cheese, and herb mixture, then topped with an unlikely ingredient for a sweet and crunchy twist that makes these Goat Cheese Stuffed Baked Pepper Poppers stand out above the rest. What’s the secret ingredient? One of our favorite cereals of course, Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted! If you’re hosting an end of the school year celebration, graduation party, or neighborhood get together to celebrate the warmer weather, you’re going to want to make a huge batch of these delicious appetizers because no one can eat just one!
- 20-ish small sweet peppers and/or jalapeños, sliced lengthwise, seeds removed
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 5.5 oz goat cheese
- 10-12 springs parsley, stems removed, leaves roughly chopped
- 10-12 sprigs cilantro, stems removed, leaves roughly chopped
- salt, pepper to taste
