Tender and Delicious Grilled Back Ribs with Char Siu Sauce
Ribs are a grilling favorite of ours and we think this recipe for Grilled Back Ribs with Char Siu Sauce might be our new favorite. It combines the classic flavor of barbecue with a host of other complex flavors to create juicy, tender ribs that are like a party in your mouth. We like to use Smithfield Extra Tender Back Ribs because they have no added hormones, are hand trimmed, and easily available. The marinade works its way into the meat as it grills for a flavor combination that we know you will love. The added honey near the end of the grilling time just adds an extra dimension of flavor that sets this rib recipe above the rest!
