Save money with this Bottom of the Jar Kitchen Hack. Add celery sticks to that almost-empty peanut butter jar for a portable and healthy on-the-go snack.
Our new Bottom of the Jar Recipe Series is going to save your family a lot of money at the end of the year by showing you easy ways to repurpose that last little bit of your favorite jarred foods and sauces.
Peanut Butter and celery is a nutritious and delicious snack option when you’re trying to make healthy choices. Instead of tossing the last bit of peanut butter in the bottom of the jar, create a healthy and portable snack for yourself or for the kids. Just cut up some celery sticks and place them in the jar, and store the jar in the refrigerator until snack time. When you feel that craving to snack or you have to run out and you’re not sure when you’ll get home, grab the jar and snack away. Don’t forget to scrape that last little bit of peanut butter out with the last celery stick!
