Salad in a Jar
Whoever invented the idea of a salad in a jar was a genius. With busy schedules, it’s great to have a salad in a jar prepared to make sure you can grab a healthy and nutritious meal on the go. A salad in a jar is prepared by adding the dressing first then layering your ingredients on top of each other, leaving the softer vegetables or fruit high on top, and topping the jar off with your lettuce.
