Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Mayo Sauce Recipe
It’s tailgating season, and what does that mean? Fabulous foods, appetizers, and new recipes to enjoy during game day! This Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Mayo is our new go-to dipping sauce. It’s perfect for chips, veggies, hamburgers, and of course these unique and flavorful Sweet Potato and Kohlrabi Fries! These fries will be the hit at your next party, they’re simple to make, and they’re also a great side dish for burger night.
The magic of this sauce actually comes from using freshly roasted red pepper. Roasting peppers is beyond easy to do and much cheaper than buying prepared, plus it’s super fresh! This mayo has a spicy kick, so if you like a little less heat, just reduce the amount of crushed red pepper flakes.
