Have you caught onto the latest spiralizing craze yet? We sure have and this Spiralized Sesame Cucumber and Zucchini Bowl is one of our new favorites! This salad is filled with fresh cucumbers, zucchini, broccoli, and strawberries. You can use organic vegetables from your local grocery store, stop by the farmers market, or pick them straight out of your garden. We added in garbanzo beans for protein. This is a really healthy salad for you and your family. The added parsley really brings out the fresh flavor.

Enjoy a fresh and healthy salad with spiralized noodles and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber, Spiralized
- 1 Zucchini, Spiralized
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup of Parsley, chopped
- For the Dressing:
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Spiralize your cucumber and zucchini.
- Chop your broccoli and strawberries.
- Chop your parsley.
- Add all into a large bowl.
- Add in the Garbanzo Beans and Sesame Seeds.
- Mix all of your ingredients together for the dressing, add into the salad, and enjoy!
